Much of the beef on the menu comes from the CF Ranch’s Highland Hereford Herd. The CF Ranch is one of the largest family owned cattle operations in the Southwest, operating with traditions unchanged for more than a hundred years. All meats are carefully selected by Reata chefs to give their guests the best product available. House specialties are the pepper-crusted tenderloin, Texas T-bone and the game dish of the day.
