Located inside the famous Shutters Hotel On the Beach, this contemporary restaurant offers a unique dining experience with striking views of the Pacific Ocean, Northern Hills, and Blazing sunsets. Head Chef Matt Lyman’s ambitious classic American menu is wide ranging and includes seared Ahi Tuna, Warm Lobster with a Mango Salad, Spaghetti with Wild Mushrooms, and crispy Shrimp Tempura. Sunday brunch is especially popular with many of Holywood’s jet set in attendance, just make sure to arrive early if you don’t have a large group reservation or you could be waiting while. However with a wine list that features over 150 vintages, One Pico is the perfect place to enjoy an ocean side afternoon or early evening tipple if you are in for a wait. Universal opinion would indicate that it’s inevitably well worth it.
