Chinese Artist-musician Zhang Jin Jie, in collaboration with the famous Tung Lok group, has conceived this very exclusive, contemporary restaurant. Currently ‘the’ place to go in Singapore My Humble House has become the jewell in the crown for the Tung Lok group and they’ve recently opened up sister ventures in other Asian cities. Dispersed about the shimmering split-level interiors are whimsical curled and high-back furniture, vividly hued throws and curtains, modern artwork, and quirky flatware. The menu is the real focal point though, with every dish becoming a culinary work of art. Signature dishes include Shark’s fin soup (whimsically titled "smooth as velvet") and baked five spiced pork loin ("the balmy breeze beckons").
