Morton’s has moved from its Parkway location to handsome new digs on Restaurant Row, and their quality meat is just as flavorful and generous. The business crowd has moved along with them, and seem willing to pay the price for the red wine to accompany their steaks; there’s a page that just lists magnums for a crowd. The Art Deco etched glass bar is very busy on weeknights, but on weekends, the crowd is more mature, but decidedly well heeled. The waitstaff is concerned and eager, the sides of vegetables and desserts are ho-hum, but the meat is top-drawer.
