A visit to Marks’ within the super opulent Hotel Nash is the perfect way to mark a special occasion. Amidst its super-cool 1930’s art deco dining room celebrity chef-owner Mark Militello elevates palates by turning out trendy, yet tremendous New American creations that continue to break new ground without being weird. The menu varies daily and features a large selection of imported wines and cheeses; dinner options include such temptations as Tenderloin of Beef stuffed with roasted garlic and served with polenta and root vegetables, and Black Grouper wrapped in ham and zucchini.. The restaurant seats 145 and features dark wood floors and furniture with large-checked wallpaper.
