Tom Kitchin, who trained with master chefs Guy Savoy, Alain Ducasse and Pierre Koffmann of La Tante Claire in London opened this restaurant in 2006. The French-influenced menu focuses on local produce, fish and meats. Favorites includes a glistening tartare of mackerel with quail egg, cucumber and beet dressing and roast lamb loin with red onion compote, Szechwan pepper and lemon zest.
