A restaurant with the aristocratic air of a London gentleman's club and a Michelin star to boast about, Jockey offers its own modern versions of traditional recipes using only the best quality raw ingredients available. The house speciality is sea bass in a multitude of forms, a decadent offering, flakey and delicate. Head chef Esteban Sanchez is no stranger to the darker side of gastronomy, whipping up other outstanding dishes including rack of lamb Provençal, Partridge with Wild Mushrooms, Lettuce Parcels stuffed with seafood, Raw Prawns a la Caviar, Eggs Cardinal in puff pastry and tripe as you've never tasted before. The wine cellar, as you would expect, contains a wide choice of excellent wines. There are seven elegantly decorated dining rooms in English country house-style with carpets, curtains, mirrors and abundant equestrian motifs.
