Backed up by an exquisite, albeit expensive, wine list, this Michelin-starred restaurant is filled with exquisite nuances in its market-fresh cuisine.Appetizers are sometimes simple, sometimes complex, but each delicious as exemplified by glazed foie gras with mango or a risotto with Périgord truffles and quail egg croutons. For a main dish, try the codfish with chicory salad, fresh oranges, and virgin olive oil, or else the braised beef shoulder with green beans and truffles. For dessert, we fell in love with the poppy-seed strudel with portine pears and vanilla ice cream.
