GQ stands for "Gastronomic Intelligence" – something star restaurateur Jürgen Grossman must have in abundance, given the success of his latest restaurant. The interior is simple and understated, but the food speaks for itself. Choose between a five- or seven-course dinner, consisting of (for example) amuse-bouche, seafood platter with a hint of orange, chanterelle tortellini or roast reindeer with pine nuts, and a rich chocolate cake with three Swedish berry sauces. The best part? It's all healthy stuff, much of it inspired by the Montignac method (a weight-loss regime that happily permits "good fats and carbohydrates"). Molecular cuisine on a Nobel price winning scale.
