They’ll find a spacious room tastefully done out in shades of beige & food that is as technically accomplished as it is enjoyable. To start, ‘squid bonbons’ involve parcels of crunchy vegetables encased in thin strips of squid, while main courses include a succulent poached Landes chicken breast in a sumptuously rich Albufera sauce of truffle, mushroom, Madeira & foie gras. Presentation is superb: the selection of cheeses & chutneys arrives on a china tray, each served in its own compartment. A tour de force!!!
