Young actors, shapely models, artists from nearby Via Margutta, and even corporate types on expense accounts show up, trying to land one of the few sidewalk tables, perfect for watching Rome’s beautiful people who aren’t already inside. This is Bologna’s cuisine done to the nines, unbelievable tagliatelle alla Bolognese, sumptuous Veal Chops and Lasagne Verde are but a few of the classics on offer here, prepared and delivered, arguably, better than anywhere else on the planet. The Setting is buzzy and atmosphere casual akin to the Ivy in London or Nobu in New York.
