Not up for a meal? Enjoy tapas in the wine bar, or for a full meal take a table in one of two dining areas for brasserie-style meals. Vegetarians are not overlooked at Balthazar, with dishes such as an eggplant fritter with rouille and green pea risotto on the menu. Many visit just for a glass of wine chosen from the 400 options available, but it would be a shame to leave without sampling the dessert assiette (a selection of four desserts).
