Recently relocated thanks to its ever-growing popularity, the new Baccarat venue has large windows and an airy atmosphere throighout. Family-run by Sicilian chef Carmelo Gulletta and his manager-sommelier wife Patricia, this is as authentic as it gets outside of Italy itself. Most of the dishes are northern Italian with a firm not t owards Tuscany. Southern influences do creep in however, like the Burrata di Putignano, a creamy cheese from the eastern tip of Puglia. The signature oven-baked turbot with artichokes has clients coming back again and again at every service. A favourite among the worlds pop music conoscenti with Robbie Williams and Alicia Keyes two noteworthy examples of stars whom have both dropped in for dinner.
