The elegant restaurant is the creation of classical-musician-turned-chef Zhang Jinjie, who combines Chinese and non-Chinese ingredients-including green tea-in a unique fusion cuisine presented with a high level of artistry. Unselfishly Jinji (China's first celebrity chef) shares the spotlight on the imaginative menu with award-winning contributing chefs from around the globe.
